Return Policy

We will only accept for quality issues. Should a product be defective in workmanship or material, a return for full credit can be made by requesting a “Return Authorization Number” by e-mail to: ReturnRequest@staceylapidus.com

Upon receipt of the Return Authorization Number, the product may be sent to:

We will inspect the return for the defect and issue credit accordingly within 7-10 business days.

(Note: It is always best to send any return via UPS, FedEx, or DHL so as to receive a tracking number for your reference.)
